individual supervision that meets you where you are

Maybe you're newer to this field, still finding your footing and looking for a supervisor who won't make you feel small for not knowing everything yet (or ever). Maybe you're feeling the isolation of this work and you’re having trouble naming the exhaustion, uncertainty or overload you’re experiencing. Maybe you're keen to explore what's next - becoming a supervisor, opening a group practice, scaling beyond 1:1 therapy, and you don't know who to ask the practical, unglamorous questions. Or maybe it's a mixture of many things and all you know is that you need someone to share it all with.

Wherever you find yourself right now, supervision with me is meant to meet you there.

Who I Am

I’ve been a therapist for a long time (I graduated from OISE in 2003). Alongside my journey as a therapist, I have also been a business owner, a supervisor, a mentor, a friend, a partner, a mother, and many other roles. None of these roles are separate from one another - they all weave in and out of my identity and my work in beautiful and changing ways.

At this point in my professional journey, I am very motivated to build an intentional relationship with myself and others. This career has taught me, over and over, that I have to nurture all parts of me in order to actually show up as the best version of myself - for my clients, my colleagues, my family, and me.

This career has given me so much. It's also been hard, isolating, and at times devastating. I created In Good Company with my friend and colleague Hailey because I rarely found spaces that made room for the whole, complicated truth of being a therapist. I want supervision with me to be one of those spaces for you.

What Our Work Together Could Look Like

I bring a grounded, both/and lens to supervision: this work can be meaningful and exhausting, clarifying and disorienting, and I won't ask you to pick one. I'll meet you with curiosity, honesty, and a genuine interest in your entire experience, not just the days where things are going well.

I’m here to explore what matters to you - clinical development, tricky client cases, ethical considerations, burnout, boundaries, business growth, administrative questions, or anything else that you’re navigating. Together, we'll build a relationship where you feel genuinely supported in growing, not just as a clinician, but as a whole person building a career and a life that reflect what matters to you.

The Logistics

I offer individual supervision one-on-one, giving us space to focus intentionally on your unique needs, questions, and season of practice. If you have a dyadic partner that you would like to share the supervision space with, I am happy to accomodate this so please get in touch to discuss.
